 I have done several training courses with Reuters, Deutsche Welle, Kamal Adham Center for Television Journalism at American University, International Center for Training Journalists, ARIJ Network for Investigative Journalism, and Wan-Ifra.

I’ve received several journalistic awards: The World Health Summit Award from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Best Investigative Report from the Fourth Online Journalism Forum, the "Safety and Security" award for women's journalism, and the "Journalism without Profiling" award organized by UN Women for the best online journalistic investigation. The Mostafa and Ali Amin Prize, the World Health Organization Prize for best journalistic coverage on the topic of antibiotic resistance, the Plan International Award for the best journalistic coverage on girls, and an award from (Africa21) for the best journalistic coverage on biodiversity. and was nominated for the 2015 Lorenzo Natali Prize organized by the European Commission on poverty and development issues, the Kurt Schork awards organized by the Thomson Reuters Foundation in 2016, and the Thomson Foundation Prize in Photography By mobile in 2017.

 Provided several training courses since 2015 at the Syndicate of Journalists and in cooperation with the Embassy of Knowledge project of the Library of Alexandria at the universities of Cairo, Ain Shams, and Al-Azhar, and courses in cooperation with the Egyptian Women Journalists Union, Wan-Ifra, Rosal Youssef Training Academy, and DW Academy.

I have a book named “Death by stigma”, it's about what happened behind the scenes of one of my investigative reports and a humane stories of people who are living with HIV in Egypt.
