Mr. Murad Khan is a Radio Producer and multimedia Journalist, working on climate change, Biodiversity, Trade and science related stories from the last twelve years in three languages i-e English, Urdu & Pashto. He is working for print, Electronic and online Media as well.
After completion of his M. Phil Degree in Mass Communication, Mr. Khan started his career as Radio broadcaster and started working with Radio Pakistan and Black Box Sounds (a Production house based in Islamabad). After sometime he gained his permanent space with the Suno FM Radio Network as Producer, where he worked for more than ten years as news and current affairs producer, at that time he also worked with renowned Pashto News channel Khyber News as Assignment Producer. Besides this he also worked with VAS companies like Planet Beyond and Earth Factor as Content writer.
At the same time Khan writes for different newspapers, online and websites like The Daily Frontier News, TNN (Tribal News Network), Peshawar Today, E-News. Last time He attended the UN Convention on Biodiversity in United Nations Environmental Office in Nairobi (Kenya) on 21-26 Jun and also took part in two training workshops on Investigative Journalism from PPF (Pakistan Press Foundation).
Murad attended workshops on tribal district issues, FATA Merger, Conflict studies and also trained so many Tribal Journalists and broadcasters.
Before three years Murad joined Pakhtunkhwa Radio Network, who is currently working as Producer and Station Manager of Pakhtunkhwa Radio Mohmand and living in (war-on-terror effected)Tribal District Mohmand of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan.
