Naushin is from India. She started her career in scientific publishing after which she started learning about science communication/journalism. She started writing various pieces on science. She interned at two startup online news platform and wrote more than 30 news articles. Naushin is also an active member of ASBMB and NASW. During her free time she loves to do art journaling.
