Pauline Hellen Mlogeni is a Media, Communications, Advocacy, and Public Relations professional highly skilled in developing public campaigns and content for print, broadcast, social and digital media. The beginning of her career dates to 2012 when she joined Nation Publications Limited as a reporter. After graduating from Journalism School in 2014, she joined Blackmore Creatives Agency, the public relations agency for United Nations Women as a communications officer. While at Blackmore Creatives Agency, she designed and led the HeforShe gender campaign to be adopted and implemented in Malawi.

In 2015, she joined Malawi Electoral Support Network as a Media and Public Relations Officer where she achieved mass publicity and widespread knowledge of electoral reforms through radio programmes, civic education, social media and graphic designing. She also championed the buy-in of policy makers in the electoral reforms through meetings and campaigns. She is currently working as the Communications and Policy Engagement Coordinator for Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Programme where her role is to assist in linking researchers with policymakers at international and local level, develop strategies for communication and visibility for health by managing internal and external communications, boosting public engagement through community liaison and information sharing for behaviour change.

QECH blames congestion on absence of district hospital - The Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital, which is the largest hospital in Malawi, had issues with congestion. This story captures the issues of congestion, poverty and the need for a district hospital to alleviate the programme. 

MSF-B donates equipment to flood victims - After displacements of people in one of the districts of Malawi called Chikwawa, the Medicines without Borders team donated equipment and food to the victims. 

Court rules on controlled public smoking case - This story was the decision by the judicial bodies in Malawi putting pressure on tobacco companies to ensure that public smoking is controlled. 

College of Medicine to hold conference on 27 October - This story focused on  the opening of the Research Dissemination Conference by the Kamuzu University of Health Sciences(formerly known as College of Medicine).

Rotavirus vaccine now available in public hospitals - This story captures the introduction of the Rotavirus vaccine by the Malawi Ministry of Health in 2013 and its potential benefits to children.
