I am multimedia journalist and in recent years i have dedicated myself to the area of environmental/climate journalism. I graduated from the Escola Superior de Comunicação Social, in Lisbon,  in 2006, and was part of the first generation of multimedia journalists in Portugal. I worked for TSF, SAPO Notícias and spent 10 years at Público daily newspaper, where i helped launch a new section dedicated to the environment, AZUL. I am currently working as a freelance journalist, deepening my knowledge and training in the area of climate journalism. Some of my work has been distinguished for Innovation in Video and Innovation in Multimedia, namely in the Ñh - The Best of Journalistic Design awards. I teach multimedia journalism at the university level.
